I had a charge show up on my debit card tonight. Someone decided to order Subway from 4320 Ashland Ave and have it delivered to this address/location. After glancing at reviews it seems as though this has happened before. I am not a cricket customer, nor do I live in Chicago.But, I hope that person realizes they aren't getting their 5 footlong BLT subs with chips and coke.

I've been coming to 43rd and Ashland cricket for a few years now there has been an overall high turnover rate but at each time the current crew now workers as in the past have been extremely helpful patient and that's right overall how full in every way possible I just want to get a shout out to you Delilah Abigail and all who work there thank you very much for your help and support much appreciated

I went to the store and the 2 young ladies were really nice but this one girl her name is Andrea I believe. She was rude and forcing me to switch over even though I had already told the 2 young ladies I would come back with my husband but she kept on pushing and insisting.

Zero Stars. I went to this store early in 2020 to change my service from Boost Mobile, they gave me a free phone for changing my number over to Cricket. From the beginning I had trouble out of the phone they gave me. First I went back to the store & the girl working there seemed not to care about my problem & told me to call Cricket Customer Service & the woman who answered the phone knew absolutely nothing about how to resolve my problem, so I went back to the store where I talked to the girl who sold me the phone, explained everything to her & she said it was 7 days since I had the phone & she tried to sell me an expensive phone, so I told her that there is a 30 day warranty on all phones & let me talk to a supervisor, so she called her supervisor, who never works out of that location & the supervisor refused to issue me a replacement phone. Horrible, horrible, horrible, Customer Service. In the old days people cared about giving great Customer Service, now all people care about is getting a paycheck. As of June 16, 2020. I am still receiving Horrible Customer Service. I had to cancel my Cricket Account. I will Never, Never, Ever sign up with Cricket Wireless again.
