They say that it is open from 9:30 and you arrive and the staff tells you that they are open until 10 so why do they say that they are open if in reality they are not?

Recently purchased a phone from this store today. The two young ladies working here were amazing and very nice! Friendly environment and very helpful. Answered all questions I asked as well as showed me some new features. Definitely recommend this store it was an amazing experience! Thank you Alexis and Doraneli for your help. Will be coming back.
