Kimberly helped us set up new service. She made it easy and painless and went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. This is by far the best experience I have had at ANY WIRELESS STORE including Verizon, team mobile and boosts. Thank you Kimberly for all your efforts. You had us out of there fast and happy.

Bilal is the man! He is very patient and knowledgeable. He helped us with a smooth and easy transfer from another provider, now our bill is cut to half with the same quality service.

I needed a new phone and better service than I'd been receiving from my current provider. I'd heard good things about Cricket and this particular store from my friend, so I walked in and found Saidy S. ready and willing to help me with whatever I needed, which she did in an efficient and pleasant manner. In fact, Saidy went above and beyond her responsibilities, answering all of the questions I had about cell phones in general, and even helping me set up some accounts that I'd been struggling with. She's terrific, and I definitely will stay with Cricket just to get their amazing customer service!

Amazing store associates here Liz and Sergio are outstanding people helped me above and beyond when I ported over they helped me with my phones issues when I came back in as well thank you so much for those 2 people being here and making sure I was okay I was there today a rude lady was mad because one of there systems was a bit slow she wanted to make a huge deal about Sergio trying to fix his system he was really nice to her but she was awfully rude I was going to budge in but she proceeded to leave I don't understand how people can be rude to these 2 people they are Amazing people who have helped me over n over thank you guys hope you see this
