I stopped in before they were closing, there was only one person assisting a customer. I told the individual to take their time. He did tell me the phones that were in stock. To later after waiting more than 10 minutes he didn't have the phone. Hire more people or get your stuff together meaning your stock because this is not good when you have someone waiting.

Horrible place. Needs more than one person working there.Will be going to other locations from here on out in hopes to have faster service.Not fair for the young girls with piercing to be working there by herself. Not her fault.

Very unprofessional took 1 hour just to pay my phone bill then they canceld my payment and gave me a new chip that didnt work they said it was free then that its not in the system yet these people have no clue what they are doing wasted my time and money do not go here

Bad service, I asked the price of a phone for my son and they gave me a price that included accessories, when I saw the receipt I told them that I didn't want that because they were accessories priced at 24.99 each and I couldn't return them because their policy didn't allow it. It allows. It's not fair that they sell you something without asking. And they told me that only then would the phone be cheaper. How brave I was to spend more than 50 dollars for something I didn't want.

Great selection and customer service and the guy there made upgrading my phone pretty easy but some of the accessories like cases are a bit overpriced, but overall a good experience.

I purchased a phone $200+ in October, in December the other party couldn't hear me but I could hear them. I should have knew before I arrived home something wasn't right. The guy wiped my phone with some screen protector for what seemed like 30 minutes although it was just before closing time. We talked about bath n body works candles and other things. I was tired from work and ready to go home but didn't want to be rude. When I was finally able to get there before closing the guy was off and the girl that was there gave me a number to call or said I could purchase a new phone. I ended up going back a few days later and another guy informed me to call motorola to hopefully receive another phone while I wait for the to repair mine or I could purchase a phone that he received for free.

Emmanuel was great!!! He went above and beyond to assist me in switching my service over. Excellent customer service by all staff. Took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I had everything I needed. Even assisted me with completing the ACP application process. Will definitely recommend this store and service to friends and family.

If I could give it minus stars I would. They are dishonest & unprofessional. They take advantage of the elderly. They will be reported to the Attorney General's Office & Better Business Bureau for gouging clients & refusing to refund or exchange defective phones. The manager is ignorant and rude. He yelled at my elderly father. Buyer beware! Don't patron this store! Hopefully, they will go out of business.
