I love my Cricket service, but the wait in the store is ridiculous. I'm disabled, and I waited 30 mins without getting served, and ended up having to leave because I was in pain.

So let me tell you about the idiot who works here. Sign on door and also posted online that the store opens at 9am. I walk up at 10am to find the door locked. I knock. Look inside. Nothing. There is a car however in front parked behind me with a guy kissing all over the passenger in his car. I get inside my car when the other driver then gets out walks inside locks the door behind him. Never acknowledges mes. I call the number posted. NO ANSWER. I sit outside for anther 15 minutes nothing. I guess he'll open when he wants.

They never answer the phone I wasted my time going there because they didn’t have what I wanted in stock then the manager got very rude with me . I will never be back

I visited this store about a week ago on August 06 I found the Manger Ebony to be very unprofessional and there sales very questionable the phone I brought did not work after taken it back 3 times Ebony refused to refund my money. Furthermore she runs her hair care products out of the store. It also appears that she buys stolen or lost phone from street people . After speaking to other customers I would never use this or recommend this store cricket on 86 and cottage Grove to my worst enemy.
