The service was ok..it just took too long and the young girl was talking to us and another customer at the same time which made it very difficult to understand. The young girl was also on the phone while taking care of us and I thought she was talking to us while on her phone. It took way too long and at the end we were still unable to transfer data into the new phone. She almost forgot to give us our receipts after we purchased 3 upgraded phones. She was very kind but they really need to be more organized and aware of what they are doing.

This place is veryyy slow, 3 workers on the clock but only one working. The manager sits in the back and talk to his employees which is a big help to add on from them not doing a damn thing. This place needs new management and better customer service
