My dad needs to pay for the service and every time we go, the door is locked and there’s a sign saying they’ll be back in 30. We waited an hour and no one was there. Irresponsible employees who are everywhere but there. ???

I went door was ?,music blasting ring the doorbell, employee opened... looking for new phone and was changing provider as well. I asked for unlimited plans,they show me the $60 one but didn't offer the $5 discount when you do auto pay, I asked they said no, they were friendly but didn't see any motivation to sell , probably were having their own fun blasting the music during operations hours....so I left went to another location. Never go there again.

Hello, everything is fine, only that a chubby girl who works there is assisting you but she does not focus on the client, she is always distracted on her phone as if she were in another world. I definitely didn't like that.

Employes are really rude.no cell phones to show only a couple.employes are not interesting on sale nothing not even on you ....you ask they say no to eveything rude service bad employes i know cricket have really good prices but the employes are bad and rude.
