Awesome store, one of the cleanest and most organized stores I’ve been to. They recently went through a change of ownership and now they have devices back in stock. Only thing Gaby the store manager made me aware was that their phone number was not updated on Google yet. Ask for Gaby or Evelyn they are the BEST!!!

Horrible customer service I have called this location multiple of time and have gotten hung up on or no one has answered when I go to the location it always looks like it’s closed and doors are locked during business hours would highly recommend just going to another location

Went to cricket cuz I Switch provider, got a lot problem with the phone since day one. Called the store within 7-10 days since I did the purchased, went in Mario trying started deleting apps without my concern, and was disappointed cuz he should of ask before than he said try it now if not call customer service. I called customer service then wasn't much of help. The only person was helpful was Aurelvis xpIain a few things then He transfer me to a different department I spoke with Ana,not helpful at all .Went back to the store again, a girl with red hair looked not motivated to help,not the first time tho. So I transferred back to another provider. Cricket service is not the same anymore. Phone wasn't FREE, than you ask for service they not able to help. Lost me as a customer and I highly NOT recommend Cricket.What wrong with ppl this day, they get pay to do the job and don't wanna do it.

I got there about less than an hour before they closed and Ethan was very helpful and patient. He helped me setup my phone even though it was past closing time and I wasn't being rushed out( which I would have understood). Overall great service.

Today .
I went to change company
From metro to cricket in this store
11:35 a.m.
The owner ignored me and attended to two customers who were behind me in line. I told her upset and she acted very rude and rude.
I think people don't care
To the owner,
because if she were an employee she would take care of her job and would kindly and politely
the business for which they pay you
I decided. Stay with METRO PCS
IF I AM GOING TO SPEND MY MONEY MONTH BY MONTH
LET IT BE WHERE THEY ARE NOT EVIL-TALKED VULGAR DESPOTS

I went to Cricket at 2650 N Narragansett Ave, Ste C4, Chicago, IL 60639 to get a new phone. Gabriela C. Waited on me I picked a phone and she told me the price was $100.00 and she was giving me a case for my phone because it was a part of the promotion. My phone should have only cost $49.99 because I was eligible for an upgrade (according to the Cricket representative). We finished doing the transaction and Gabriela said you will get your receipt by text message.I went home to wait for my receipt which never came. (I received a text telling me how much I spent but that's not a receipt) so I decided to call Cricket to ask if they could send me one. They said go back and ask Gabriela C. To print me a receipt which she said she couldn't do but she could send it by email. I received it and got a shock. Gabriela had charged me for the case and had added a Bluetooth speaker to my bill that I didn't want or need. My bill should have been less than a hundred, Gabriela over charged me $51.00. I will never go back there and I suggest anyone that go there to check everything they do and make sure you get a receipt by email right away. I'm a senior citizen and can't afford to give money away.If there's ever a contest for lying she should enter it, she would win. She lied to the end that I wasn't charged for the speaker or case and you can see it on the receipt.

Had troubles paying my bill online so decided to go to the shop in the morning before work. The shop supposed to be open at 10.00 it’s 10.20, it’s still closed and now I’m late for work.

I go to purchase the iPhone 11 and ask if my phone number is eligible to be transferred over. The young girl asked who I have as a provider and I respond AT&T. She responds this is a cricket sir you have to go to at&t. Im thinking do i look that stupid to where i just walk into any cell phone shop.I tried to explain the sale you have plastered on the windows to no avail..wow you just lost a sale and all those monthly payments... hire adults.

I visit this location 2 weeks ago I was so satisfied this young lady was able to connect me back with my email which I have had over 10 years excellent worker that's her job and I'm so happy that I'm satisfied that she helped me it would be my permanent place to go when I need help thank you so much I appreciate every minute you work without giving up to get my email God bless you

I went there today and it was the best decision. He was really patient, did everything he could to solve our problem, he was fast and knew what he was doing. The cashier even thou seem new, did everything she could to help us too. Would definitely come back here, really best cricket store ever. Solved my problem in seconds. Perfect service.

My husband and I won't be going to this location. Representative was a little rude and not helpful. So we just paid our bill and left. Gonna stick with our location, where they take good care of the customers and actually wanna help.

My mom recently is at a nursing home and with Eddie’s help and knowledge I was able to get the best service for her. I am truly happy with the service I received today.
