July 20, 2024: I now pay $38.00 a month for very bad service when Crickets makes technical changes. I was paying $30.00 a month.
UPDATED JULY 7, 2024:
Zaid Muhammad is a tough Salesman?. A word to the wise --- "You have 7 days to refund your Apple's Android".
Otherwise, you can exchange it.
Zaid didn't mentioned this to me. ?
However, he did delay giving me the sales receipt on accessories, so I most likely overpaid⁉️? ?
I am disabled. ♿ I use a walker before spinal fusion surgery.? I haven't got the energy now and my limitations are obvious. ? My computer education was in 1989-1991. ???️ I may have figured out a lot more if I woke up. ? But so much of my time is spent sleeping??⁉️

June 27, 2024, I needed a new phone according to Cricket's salesman Zaid, at Lawrence and Damen.
I eventually gave into the cover and ear phones, so it was expensive.
I have Crickets service. I have not been happy with it since about December 18, 2023. They were making technical changes that became my nightmare with receiving and sending calls.
Eventually I reached a Cricket employee, who sent me to the store. He claimed I needed a zip card or new phone. Zaid moved me to a new phone. It is an old phone that I bought about 3-4 years ago❓
I was very happy with the phone number transfer, and contact list and photos also transferred.
I ran into a problem when I forgot a sales receipt that I asked for. I had to go back. That's when I got my NewsBreak font enlarged.
Same set-up as before with Motorola Android. Lots more gestures to play around with.
I plan to listen to music, and that usually gives me a headache‼️
The key board has the same glitches with the small cap "a" and the large cap "M"???⌨️⚫⬛❓

My phone unexpectedly went kaput so went to the Cricket store near me to replace it. Don't let previous negative reviews deter you- the new owners are FANTASTIC. Shem and John were amazing- they had the phone I wanted in stock AND they got it completely set up, transferring all my data and apps- all within 35 min of me walking in the door. What they did would have taken hours elsewhere. Absolutely fantastic service and as pleasant as can be! Thanks guys!!

Emmanuel is working there . He have been amazing help and service. Out standing .he is giving good suggestions and honestly answers to customers . I and my husband went there to buy a new phone and get it set . We had great experiences.after his services he always walk to the door and open the door for customers. Great manners.

Absolutely and unbelievably helpful to get my mother a new phone and off of another service. Got an excellent phone for a great price and had her number ported. It only took 15 minutes. Highly recommend this location!!

Unfortunately and after several good visits, I have to say "thanks, but no thanks". A young salesperson, tried to get me to buy an accessory that according to him, it was what I needed. Well, I called in advanced, I showed up, it was not available at the Lawrence Ave store. He unintentionally tried to fix, by giving a much less quality accessory with the same purpose. He did not value my time, he just tried to give me something cheap. The salesperson showed me the true calue of his character. Thanks, but no thanks, I do value my time.
