Cram is a great boutique male fashion store in the Lake View East neighborhood. I love their styles and their customer service. The store definitely caters to gay men but I'm sure any man can find something great here. Prices are on the higher end, but you get what you pay for. I've always been satisfied with the quality of the clothes I've bought from here.I'm only giving four stars because, as a guy with a smaller build, it can be surprisingly hard to find clothes in my size here. There have been so many times that I've found an article of clothing I loved, only to be disappointed because they didn't have anything smaller than a Large. If you wear a medium or smaller, you need to go as soon as they change their window displays for the season if you want any chance of finding your size. But besides that issue, I really love this store!

Cram is a great store in men’s clothing. They offer a wide variety of clothing to suit anyone’s budget from inexpensive to expensive, which is like many businesses. The customer service is exceptional and I can modestly state if you go there, they can work to your specific tastes and budget. Danny is exceptionally helpful and his broadened my wardrobe with clothing I did not think I would wear to now wearing new cool clothes. I really think highly of the entire staff. Go, check it out and leave with some very nice clothes to make you look great and garner great compliments from friends on your new style. Or regular everyday clothing. It’s worth the cost and trip there.

The clothing and styles are great and super friendly and helpful staff, but I’ll add to the voices expressing that the prices here a bit too much. Skip the haphazard wrapped tissue paper and simple paper bag you just stamped with a logo and following me around the store and you take $15-$20 off the price tags.

Great experience at this Lakeview boutique. Great selection, immaculately clean, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I strongly recommend if you are looking for great-fitting, trendy clothing on the north side.

Totally scammy business -- AVOID and do not support! There is a no returns policy that they won't advise you about when you check out, and the only notice is small text on the registers hidden behind other junk.Edit 10/23 to respond to store response below:I didn't return to switch a size, so readers should disregard the store's plain confusion with what is likely another unhappy customer. Cram has decided to be unlike other normal clothing retailers and accept returns on unworn items within a reasonably short period. That's fine, but it should affirmatively advise customers about that at the time of purchase so there are no surprises. Instead, it elects to prey on inattention, which is totally unnecessary. Caveat emptor with this business, and hopefully this review keeps you alert for its predatory business practice.

Friendly staff. Not pushy. No need to go to Nordstrom when this is in your neighborhood.

A store whose employees give off a vibe that they have a very specific Preference to whom they cater...a very very specific preference. Now, the word fashion is after the name and there are clothing pieces that are somewhat stylish, but, most everything screams "envolopian millenial and older queer with a taste for things that are fitted and "fun"" (small khakis and colorful shirts...)rather than Queer FASHION for All. If you're for a Queer leaning Abercrombie vibe and want basic heavily patterned basics (yes basics x2) then mayhaps you should stop on by.

Came in to do some Christmas shopping and our experience was better than expected. Everyone was so helpful and the store was very clean with hand sanitizer available through the store. So glad we came here today. The store felt festive, love all the Christmas decorations.
