My Samsung Note 9 needed a battery. It took 30 minutes and now I once again have a battery that lasts all day. When I got the phone back I was told that the previous battery replacement used a smaller, non-authorized battery. That explained why the battery was depleted so quickly. In addition, the battery was smaller in size and had become dislodged, which is why I took the phone to CPR. I was referred to CPR by another phone/computer repair shop that explained that CPR is a Samsung approved repair shop. I'm glad I followed the recommendation.

I brought my Ipod classic in for a new headphone jack. Turned out that wasn't the problem. The owner spent time trying to figure out the issue and the only fix is to reset it. Returned it to me and didn't charge me a dime!

William saved my phone from its brief swim. He managed to save all my contacts and photos, which was very important to me. Since the screen was no longer responsive, he replaced that at a very fair price. Excellent service!

I had a broken iPad screen. The glass was shattered. I brought it in in the morning and they had it repaired by the afternoon. Nice customer service. Was clear on the expected turn-around. Would recommend for any phone or tablet repair needs.

Very good experience! He was able to retrieve data off an old phone that I was locked out of (due to previous water damage) and transfer it to a new phone. He told me the price upfront, which was reasonable compared to other stores...overall great customer service and pretty fast (same day service)!

I brought in a shattered iPad that would not turn on so I was certain it was beyond repair. CPR Cell Phone Repair Chicago was able to replace the screen and get the iPad working again by the next day. It is working well and looks great. The owner, William, was very helpful and provided good customer service.

Didn’t go yet but called a few times. One time no one answered and the other time I was told they wouldn’t be able to help me there but would have to ship my device out to another location (but was quick to tell me a mandatory price even if they didn’t fix) so I think this is just a drop center for larger problems. Will probably head there and can update my review.
