Cozy Rugs is the best rug store in Chicago. The owners are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about rugs, and the staff are so helpful and dedicated to finding a rug that fits your needs. My favorite rugs are their more traditional ones, but they have a wide range of styles available. The pricing is fair and transparent - you won't find 80% 'discounts' on marked up inventory here, just reasonably priced, high quality products.
I've purchased 2 rugs from Cozy already, and I know I'll be back for more!

I had been looking for a new living room rug and went to at least 10 stores before this. This place had a large selection that was well organized and easy to look through, which I couldn’t say about some other places I went to! The person working was very helpful without being pushy and answered any questions I had. I explained to them that I didn’t live in Chicago and they were super flexible about the return policy and extended it in case I needed to come back. Thankfully I don’t, I love my new rug! Superb customer service, great selection of new and traditional rugs and an all around great experience!

If you need a rug in Chicago, this is the place. We went to several home and rug stores. Cozy Rugs by far has the best rugs, the best prices, and the best staff. All are high quality, Turkish rugs, ranging from traditional design to contemporary & modern. The owner was super helpful and explained to us the difference between rugs vs. carpets, and how to tell quality by looking at the threads on the reverse side. Great, honest people. You’ll feel good for supporting a local, small business and not the overpriced corporate shops around the corner. If I could give more than 5-star I would.

We purchased two rugs here. The second rug wasn't 100% what we expected (we ordered it sight unseen) and they allowed an exchange 2 months later when the rug was unwrapped, no questions asked.Incredible customer experience in every interaction.This is the rug store we recommend to everyone in Chicago.

Upon entering Cozy Rugs, the fresh smell of clean entered my nostrils. Mr. Dennis is very nice, and knowledgeable of his product. Large selection of gorgeous rugs and tight quality. Ooo wee, if there was a coolest rug contest, Cozy Rugs has my vote.
