First, the employees seem nice and are courteous. BUT - although the cost of repairing a tire is inexpensive compared to other places, you will spend several hours to a work-day waiting on the completion of the repair. I have used this service twice now… same VERY LONG wait. Better training and quality control would be helpful. If $15 per tire repair is worth 6-8 hours of waiting… you decide.

Terrible service I have here. We came in and drop off our vehicle before the appointment time. When we came back and told us the vehicle still not start working and blaming on the customer never check in. Please train your employees to better serve your customer.

I bought my tires online. They called me for the appointment, but when I went there was a mix-up and they couldn't help me. They still resolved it. They put me in at the end of the day. They located my car, because in my tiredness, I forgot where I parked it. They were very kind even though I wasn't in my best mood. I am truly grateful for the staff and the experience in this department of Costco Ashland Chicago. I highly recommend it.

Definitely not a quick service. Only offers tires. There are four(4) bays at this location. They balance them after installation.
Booking ahead required. Expect to spend 2 to 3 hours waiting for tires. The price is just about the same as everywhere else. Not much of discount that makes it worth a difference.
Definitely could use another tech.

Terrible customer service from the tire center I called multiple times kept being put on hold. Then I waited on hold for a total of 30 min. I then hung up and called back before but before I could even say anything I was put on hold again. This isn’t the way you treat customers who need to get service.

Took an hour after my scheduled appointment to get my car in the bay and an additional hour to get a hole patched in my tire.

Went to have my tire patched at 11am they did not call me to pick up the car I had to call them at 9 pm they were already annoyed that they had to work. They told me that they had fixed the tire come to find out the next day they did not fix the tire they put the tire in a different place on the car a filled it with air. Not knowing that the tires are marked… I will be raising hell today…

The attitude of the staff is very poor, Eric ( large Hispanic gentleman) never seems to care at all when we are here. I feel like because they didn't like us, we got pushed to the back of the line.
The service is usually very slow like today 7/8/24 It took about 4 hours, but on top of that their attitude is just extremely inconsiderate.
The other gentleman, named Eric was not in today but we prefer working with him when he's there he has a better attitude working with customers.

I would definitely give zero stars if I could because their service was so bad and my tires were low and they couldn't pump and I checked them and they told me that I needed to change a tire which was my left front tire and I asked him what was the condition of my tire and he told me that my tire was damaged and I asked him if I could change this tire and he said yes But then he told me that he had to change two tires to keep the balance and I didn't suspect anything and then he told me that he didn't have any tires and I needed to make an appointment and then I came back to this place two days later and he told me that I couldn't fix it for you because you needed to change four tires but he had already taken your car keys and removed them when he did that After a series of exchanges, I had to compromise and change four tires, but after another repairman said that it was OK to change one tire, there was no need to change four tires, and the two of them didn't know what to say, and then told me that you can go to another costco to change a tire instead of here. I also charged a non-refundable inspection fee and I had to pay more than a thousand dollars to replace four tires. Anyway, this place is rubbish and there are extortion customers, especially novice people who don't know about cars. Then I checked on their website that they can buy five tires for the same type of tires at the same price instead of four.

Dropped my tire off to get it repaired, paid in advance and was told that they can put it on the following day. I called ahead and they said the tire is ready. When I got there, they just handed it to me and there would be a little wait. I asked how long they said six hours. and at that point they would have been closed. I just found a parking spot, and put the tire on myself

Terrible attitude from the employees at the tire center. Over the phone and in person. Sad because suburb locations have some of the best customer service. Will not go back to this location again for tires.

They do not want to be bothered with any work. This particular location have individuals who would make up Costco policies to refuse work. If you press on showing the policies on Costco website, then they had no choice but to do the work at another scheduling appointment since we spent all the time going back and forth during the first scheduled appointment time. Terrible customer service. Never again.

Living in the west loop for more than 20 years, I have never encountered a service attitude as bad as Costco Tire. I remember your name PABLO on your uniform. Your attitude is really, really, really bad. You are really not suitable for you current job.
