Had tires i bought from Sam's Club (BF Goodrich Advantage) which are the same tires Costco sells Tire center rep said tires needed to be within 2 years to be patched unless they were purchased from Costco. Previously tire patching cost $11 bucks at Costco in Champaign... So I feel that these guys are just making rules up. The tire center in Niles surprised me and did the patch as a warranty repair. Save yourself some time and just go to the tire center in Niles.

Customer service is a JOKE. I had an appointment to have a tire inspected, but because my tire was from 2017 and I did not make an appointment to \"replace a tire\", they would not do anything for me. What is the point of a tire inspection if they wont do anything after their inspection? The tech sent me to Pep Boys... just flat out pathetic. Luckily Pep Boys was willing to sell me 2 tires. This honestly has seriously damaged my impression of Costco as a brand. I have always had great experiences with them and this was terrible... this experience will honestly have an impact on my shopping in the warehouse for groceries I am so angry. If I were Costco, I would either clean up their house in their tire department or just shut it down. They will just lose business in the long run by frustrating customers.

On 8/15/22 I arrived for my installation appointment having received Costco emails that the new tires were delivered to this location. I had called the location several times to confirm that the tires were received, but the calls went unanswered and no VM available.After shopping, I returned to check on progress and was informed that the new tires were not in the store. I was offered a choice of canceling or accepting a different tire model at slight discount. Not wanting to cancel and restart the order/purchase process, I agreed to the substitution.Costco Tire could easily have checked that the tires were in-store and notified me prior to my appointment.

Service was done as scheduled. Seems to be good so far. My only complaint is they’re quite inflexible in their schedule, minimal drive-walk-in service. They don’t answer the phone quickly. Essentially it was like internet service where I dropped the car and picked it up.

I had an appointment to fix or replace a busted tire. There were a few wonky issues with membership/warranty and the tire size that I'd been warned might be tricky but these guys went above and beyond to help me out. Arturo, Cobby and Jen moved a bunch of stuff around to get me back on the road when they could have just said \\\"Come back in 10 days.\\\" They were super friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I got my warranty situated. They even put my spare back in my ridiculously messy trunk. Thanks so much guys! You didn't have to make that happen but you did and I appreciate it deeply!

I made an appointment online and when I arrived was told that the specific tire brand I had on my brand new 2021 car wasn’t one that they could do a tire rotation on. It was never asked of me what brand of tire I had and I wasted time in my day and wanted to flag this for others looking to schedule a tire rotation.

Always make sure that they scheduled an appointment. When I came in for my appointment which I scheduled a week upfront, I was told that they don’t have me in the system and they are fully booked today and offered me to reschedule !!! Why do I have to waste my time driving back and forth?!!! Worst tire center!!!!!!!!!!!

Weekends is super crowded from 12pm until close is a full house. Literally bumping cars. Still I love this location you habe diversity all over Latinos, Asians, indians, yuppies.. Jejejje etc a melting pot of cultures. God bless lilcoln Park for this reason.

One of the worst auto repair experiences I’ve ever experienced. Went to buy four new tires, made an appointment, and chose the tires beforehand based on the size available. At the appointment the next day, they said because I don’t have a spare tire it’s policy that I can’t buy 4 new tires and I’m out of luck. They were really rude about it too, I was really taken aback by how I seemed to be wasting their time. Would never recommend, an absolutely awful place for any auto service.

I am the FIRST PERSON to give them exactly a 2 STAR review?Positive: Their price and products are great. They will not run out of their staple items, and occasionally will have the discounts that will help customers save some money.Negative: Three items: (1) The lady checking me out was busy having a conversation with the other COSTCO employee doing the bagging. It was a personal conversation. Don't get me wrong, but things happen in life. But DON'T have PERSONAL conversations in front of customers. I don't care what the situation is, or what language you use. But DON'T do it AT THE CASH REGISTER!!!! (2) At another time, I saw a physical fight in Costco here between two customers (the first in my life in ANY store). I immediately told the manager on duty. He did nothing. I wanted to tell his boss. He created an audience of customers on an easily manageable situation.(3) Please make sure that there are plenty of people working at the food area. A hot dog and a coke should NOT TAKE 15 minutes.Otherwise, I will still keep coming here (like I have another choice...).

Super easy install with an appointment, and got a deal through the Costco weekly ad. In and out in 30 minutes on a weekday near noon.
