Worst Costco I've ever been to. I showed up an hour before closing time on a Sunday and by the time I finished shopping, it was 5:55. I asked if I could still do my return even though it was close to end of day and Esther at the returns desk bit my head off and accused me of stealing despite my having the in-app receipt of the item I was returning. By the way, it was still mobbed in there so it wasn't like my request for a return was what was keeping her stuck at work. Funnily enough, my membership is up for renewal in 3 weeks but I won't be bothering because of her rudeness. The gentlemen in the checkout line and the door were both wonderful but I rounded down because I'm pissed.

We had trouble spending our reward certificate. Can't do it at the store. Finally we deposited it in our bank over the phone using our Costco credit card. Costco is great till I try to redeem my $399 reward certificate. My daughter and I have spent many fruitless minutes trying to redeem it using Citi.com. You can't go to the store for it. They told me to call. I'll let you know if that works.

I find the staff to be helpful and efficient. The prescription costs are the lowest I have found in Chicago. They are always willing to tackle any dilemma and solve potential problems before they become insurmountable.

What a nightmare. When I was here driving through the parking lot--which took longer than the time I actually spent in the store--it was a disaster. Even more so than when you visit any other Costco. What really made me angry is that people parked in the spot next to disabled spaces that's marked off so that folks who NEED a disabled space can get in and out of their car with as much ease as possible. And those marked portions are rarely the size of other full spaces, so the cars that squeezed in here made it really tight. It continues to astound me how much of a jerk folks can be, and using disabled spaces when you don't need to or blocking them makes me particularly enraged. When I visited I went in for a single item but I couldn't find anyone to ask where in general it might be. I went where I've found the item in other stores to no avail. No one was wandering around except one dude that was taking a shopper to various items (truly--when I walked in he was showing her to one thing, and when I left they passed me in another area of the store) so I just left. Monday at 3:30 it was so packed there were at least 10 parties waiting to be checked out. They have a gas station here, so that is helpful though the lines there are insane too. But it was definitely cheaper than other gas stations around so I stopped here. With all the madness, though, I wouldn't go even a little out of my way to stop here, for gas or the store.

Warning! The self-service checkout is now 15 items or less! However, there are NO signs indicating this, they tell you when you get to the registers!! Hey Costco! Are you turning into a mini-Target? I thought you were interested in large purchases. If you're going to turn the self-checkout into 15 items or less, put up some signs - large readable from far away signs, and put more cashiers on the other registers so the lines don't form into the goods displays!!!

There is one guy here who is nice and helpful. Everyone else we’ve interacted with is super rude. Just spoke to a woman about an urgent prescription transfer from another pharmacy and she simply could not be bothered. Didn’t help at all and was so condescending.A few weeks ago we had a *very* urgent prescription sent in for my sick daughter, they didn’t contact me to let me know they didn’t have it and would not help us figure out if the other Costco or anyone else nearby had it.They’re not as bad as the Walgreens we used to go to, but I don’t really understand why there is a shortage of good pharmacists in the area?2 stars for the *one* nice guy who works there and also because they seem to have Adderral when no one else does.

Honestly love Costco. I get my medications here (usually they give discounts to costco members), and any groceries I buy are usually very good. Always clean, service is pretty quick, employees are very respectful! Have never bought any clothes from this location, but I do love their protein bars. The chocolate peanut butter ones, the Kirkland brand, and the power protein bars are all my go to's and very filling!

Wow! Class act here! The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make my day! I donated to the children's charity and a store member came and matched it! Wow... I love this place.

Marisol is amazing! Wow. She answered my phone call while I was inside the store and she immediately dropped everything and walked all the way to me (far) to assist. I was so relieved and grateful that I literally teared up. She went above and beyond and I will be submitting even more feedback for her inside the store soon too. Thank you again, Marisol, for your help and for being such a kind, wonderful person!

Tech or pharmacist who ever does your phone calls needs a new profession. As a medical professional I’ve never seen a more inept , incompetent, mess. These so called “Medical professionals “ provide assumptions, not fact , and definitely not science. In order to support the apparent never ending need to be right . To make matters worse , have the gall unleash a fury of neck &eye rolling in an attempt to over shadow incompetence. In a word -pitiful.

In each section ofvthecstorevtheyvoffervthevbest choicescyouvwould Dave at third party stores . Its like shopping on the web in a brick and mortar store plus pleasant surprises. Which I don't resist that's the downside you always buy more than what you planned for before you walk in great place the best

The pharmacist here is an absolute nightmare. Kept challenging my doctor and I on prescriptions I've been on and filling for years and delayed my ability to get my medication by half a week. Go to any other pharmacy if you can help it. If you're impacted by the ADHD med shortage DO NOT GO HERE. They will make your life a living hell.
