I chose a countertop from them through Lowes. First showed up with wrong stone. Part of the counter - peninsula - needs to be cut shorter. Installer returned, they closed the PO - closing the work. A mess it’s been a month still no countertop. Plus design cut could have been better. Would not recommend.

We were so inspired by our visit to the showroom today. Katherine provided us plenty of information and time and sold me on a new cutting edge material, Dekton. I am sure that I am going to use Dekton for at least 2 bathrooms, a fireplace surround and the kitchen counter!

I’ve had the privilege of working with her, and her amazing professional showroom team members, education me on Natural Stone, Cell Stone and Denton. All products of the highest quality and materials I’ve since then used in many of projects.

They came out took measurements, and we picked which countertops we wanted and were expecting a call back with final pricing and installation dates and we never heard back from them. I called the person that came out multiple times and left a voice mail and they still never called back or sent any emails. I wouldn't trust them with any work at this point since they easily ghosted us.

Terrible customer service. The person who was supposed to meet us never showed up. We had to ask the receptionist to call her, and then she got someone else who had been there the whole time. We didn't appreciate having our time wasted.

The showroom was exquisite!!! I love all of the different design choices. This place is the BEST choice for counter tops in Chicago!!!
