Friendly staff and helped me quickly I honestly didn't have to wait at all I walked in and was helped immediately.

The citizens of Illinois are paying these people to do a job that they are not doing. They treat us like we’re coming in begging for a hand out when they are the ones receiving hand outs. This is one of the worst government programs in the country. Child support doesn’t help children.
