STAY AWAY!!My package couldn't be delivered to "Conexion Cafe" because DHL said the business was closed. They're supposed to be open but I guess they're super unprofessional and unreliable. If I noticed their rating and the review saying they steal packages, I wouldn't have used this service. I spent money to have my package delivered here. Because of this massive inconvenience, I'm having to drop my plans and drive to pick up my package 40 minutes away at a DHL location!! Driving there and back, that's over an hour of time in my life to do something when I paid for the convenience of getting it dropped off closer. This cafe should be removed as a drop off option. I'll never use them again.STAY AWAY!!!!*To the business owner: Make sure your hours of operation are reflected accurately EVERYWHERE. You’re on a third party app for package delivery. To be a responsible business & not have upset customers, ensure that your hours of operation are accurate everywhere thatyour business is advertised.

if i could give this place a negative star, i will.so this cafe / phone repair shop / UPS pick up point lost my package by giving it away not me not even authorize by me. They told me someone has a copy of my id (which i think its pure lie) - why will you release a package to an anonymous person without an ID like a real Identification - the reason why you are a UPS pick up point is that the package should be safe in that pick up point and it is your responsibility to check every documents they will show you if its legit or not. Now i am having a hard time proving apple.com and ups that it is not me who picked up the package were in literally the guy who i spoke with, told me he hand it over to a girl with a copy of my id in her phone?! like what?! cant you comprehend what you just said? HE GAVE AWAY MY PACKAGE TO SOMEONE WHO HE SAID HAS AN ID IN HER PHONE. LET ME REPEAT THAT "IN HER PHONE".sketchy that the day after the incident they closed the shop after telling me i can get a copy of the video about the incident.now he telling me to just talk to ups and ups will take care of me.dont send your package here i just lost a 1700$ worth of phone here and my friend lost a package here too like a year ago. this place is a big fraud.PS the guy keep on changing statements too about the incident and told us that the owner will be there this saturday and now monday. If you are truthful and sincere about this matter you will work with your customer and dont prolong this stressful situation for both parties. Big Big Fraud dont do your business here.

This place is awesome, they always have a pc available, they always help u, its a great environment, plus super clean and smells SUPER GOOD!!!!! I know that's not relevant but hey have to say it and it is for me!!!!
