I have a phone that they provide me with public assistance and the system always gives problems with the system, Jose very patiently helped me several times without charging me, but on Friday I broke the screen and today they delivered my phone repaired. Thank you Connect, I recommend them.

Woke up on a Saturday morning ready to work on a paper that was due yes on Sunday and my 10 year old MacBook Pro would not work. It was flashing a file with a question mark, my hard drive could either not be found or was damaged. Jose was a lifesaver and within a few hours had fixed my laptop and all of my files were still there. Could not be more impressed with such a short notice.
