Do not go here, this is not medical care. Maybe they can be helpful in some instances, but my experience in going in for a foot injury was for the doctor to look at my foot, ask me to flex my ankle(not my foot) and then to tell me I'm young and life isn't supposed to be without pain. take some ibuprofen and I'll be fine. whole appointment was less than 5 mins, did not solve my issue and barely let me speak. they just want your money and do not care about treating their patients.I will say reception was always very helpful.

The care team at this location was excellent and I'm so grateful for the attention and TLC I got during my appointment. Unfortunately, the timeline to see the care team was extra long — I waited over 90 minutes after my appointment time. However, once I was in the room I'd be seen in, things moved quickly.Special shout out to Dave and Alicia who helped me on Monday, 3/25. I was nervous about some of my lab work and Alicia and Dave kept me comfortable all while chatting about non-medical things (like planning birthday parties) to keep my mind right during my blood draw. Thank you!!!

The staff was polite and the doctor who saw me was excellent, but I greatly resented how much of time my time was wasted (I came in 3 different days, I believe, and had to spend over 10 hours on a process that could have been completed in 2 hours if my file didn’t get misplaced;, staff were all on the same page about policy and procedures (like whether or not it was necessary to see the same doctor for the return visit); and most of all; if you would ALLOW PATIENTS TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS rather than just sit and wait for indefinite amounts of time.

Ridiculously long wait time. 5 hours from start to finish for a simple physical is unheard of these times but Concentra managed to show that they’re precisely not up to par with today’s standards of speedy service.

3 hours for a physical and drug test, and the people in the back don't communicate to the people in front so I was told to stay by a nurse and then that I was good to leave by someone upfront. Had to come back multiple times. Just pick the ones in west loop. More efficient and professional.

My experience at this particular Concentra was very poor and upsetting ? I am unfamiliar with Concentra's procedures and I wanted to know approximately how long will the process take because I had an errand to run and a great friend who flew in to visit me in Chicago. I had asked an elder lady ( employee ) who was behind the counter and she was just rude and cut me short. She said when we get to that point then we'll see. The visit was a total of 4hours 45min. Hours later a woman must of noticed that I was impatient so I walked up to the counter and asked how long was the process. I started to complain about how long I've been waiting. This woman was so nice and professional that she took my concern serious and even apologized which I didn't expect her to. She answered and explained my question in detail. At the end I later learned that this woman was the manager for this Concentra location. Please without having for someone to ask, let people know that there is a long wait before being seen by a doctor. Thank you.

Front desk was great. Got here at 645 am, an hour in now 747 am and still haven’t been called back. I was the first one in the door and first one to get registered.
