I came in for a drug screening and was warmly greeted by front desk staff who walked me through the process of filling out the required form. I only waited about 10 minutes for a nurse to call my name, and the drug screen process took about 15 minutes. It was so easy and everyone was professional.

Staff was great professional very helpful. Very kind but very busy. Wait time was crazy. Issues that occurred were not their fault but it was definitely made me want to go somewhere else that day. Very frustrating. But I would still prefer them over other labs.

Super long wait times with no transparency. Waited an hour just to be told to wait 2 more hours saying there's "many people ahead" when at least 3 people who came in after me were already called. Appalling and would not recommend

HIPPA probably regulates your handling of my Healthcare info. Your rep. Would not give me my test results but sent them to my pending employer. That action has violations written all over it

I went in for a drug screening and TB test. This location was great. The front desk staff was knowledge and pleasant. The medical staff knew their stuff! Don't try no hanky panky going in there for a urine test, cause they check everything and you'll take nothing in that bathroom but that cup. ?
