This was my second visit to this facility for a drug test. This time the process was quick and easy. My first visit for the same test took exponentially longer, an hour wait to complete a 5 min process. However, this visit was much faster, so giving 5 stars now. It would be better if they allowed scheduling.

The service here was horrible after a hour waiting for the manager to ask for help understanding the recent changes, she was very rude and then got upset and denied my services. Just a total waste of time I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.

I went in for a pre employment TB test, paid 28$ just for my employer to say that they did not give me the actual document I needed. After talking to the manager Joseline, she refused to do the service I needed and denied me a refund. I wasted my time and money and they failed to correct the situation by simply doing the service that I needed.
