Surprisingly, I got there a bit after opening. They open at 7am, & I was there just after 8am. Was there for DOT physical and was told 2-3 hour wait but was called in about an hour. Awesome! This location is one of the better ones from my experience as far as getting in & out & staff being helpful & nice!

The laboratory it’s amazing since the registration process until take the sample until check out. The lab very clean and the staff amazing. Hope can return again to this location. I recommend.

The staff was very energetic and friendly. The visit did not take a very long time at all which I greatly appreciate Marissa & Mya helped me during both of my visits, their customer service is exceptional!

If u have things to do, don't go there. They would waste your time without notice. They are understaffed and super slow. I went for physical and spent 6 hours waiting. 3 hours in the reception and 3 hours in the patient 's room. Awful service.

I had to take a drug test for my employer at Concentra. Everything was smooth. From check in to finish. Everyone was pleasant and I didn’t have any problems. I would recommend and would go there again if needed.
