Worked with Phillip Weaver and the Gonella Group. Phillip made the process EXTREMELY easy from start to finish. Kept me informed every step of the way and had an amazing team behind that managed to make even a short sale an easy process. Phillip is an amazing realtor that gave even terrible houses some hope. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house in Chicago. My go to from now on.

We had the pleasure of working with Dan Springer and the Sullivan Springer team. As first-time homebuyers, there were many aspects of the buying process that felt intimidating and confusing. To make matters more complicated, we were also moving from California and began the process remotely. Dan, however, put us at ease. He was informative, walking us through the timeline of the housing search and addressing our (many!) questions and concerns. He was reassuring, staying positive over several rounds of being outbid and helping us refine our preferences and strategy. He was competent and organized, knowledgeable about our intended neighborhood (Uptown) and always on time for showings and meetings. As we progressed through an accepted contract, he never missed important deadlines and was diligent in communicating with the seller’s team. Finally, he was personable and transparent. Dan made it clear that he would work with us as long as it took to find the right home, and even during our final walkthrough we did not feel pressured. Settling into our new place these past few months, it’s hard to imagine it could have gone any other way. We feel very lucky to have worked with Dan, and we know he will continue to help others in their search with the same care and expertise.

We had the pleasure of working with Paul Smulkys during our move from Florida to Chicago. Paul's honest opinions, professionalism, and excellent communication skills made working with him seamless. He kept us well-informed about listings, actively sought new properties that fit our needs, and promptly answered all of our questions — all without rushing us to a decision. Although we ultimately found our property through another listing, Paul's diligent work in presenting numerous good options as well as sharing his local knowledge were invaluable. I’d highly recommend Paul for his attentiveness and expertise.

Paul Smulkys was truly amazing to work with. This is our second time moving in Chicago and second time working with Paul. Both times could not have been easier. The first was during COVID and we did not live in the city, so he went out of his way to do virtual tours for us. This recent time, our search took much longer than expected as the market was tough and we were looking for the "perfect" place. Paul stuck with us the whole time, understanding the market and what we were looking for to ensure we signed the deal on the ideal place. He was always honest as we never felt he was rushing us to sign a deal. Will definitely work with Paul next time we are looking for a new place in the city!

It's Christmas morning and at 8:01 am their agent Hugo Araujo texts me trying to solicit me to list my home after I took it off the market for the holidays. You read that right, 8:01 am on Christmas morning! This, after I advised him that I wouldn't ever consider doing business with him yet he keeps texting me. I'll explore if this is an ethics violation and will be filing a complaint with Illinois Realtors and the National Association of Realtors

I wanted to thank Allison Swedenberg and Trevor Clark for all they did during the sale of our property. They posted and showed the property quickly and got 25k more than my asking price at the first showing! They really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a death in the family which happened to be relevant to the sale. They made sure everything ran smoothly and we still closed on time (which was a quick close).Then they even sent me a closing gift! They are very good at what they do and I highly recommend both of them!

Been working with Jane from this office and what a STRESSFUL woman!!! I would never again deal with any one from this company ! WOW! I simply just had to fired her ! ONLY Listens to the sound of her own voice and what best for her ! and pretends to show how understanding and how much she cares for you! and the lying!!! I just couldn't deal with their pretending to be good people thing . I wish them the best .
