After over 30 years of owning my pool cue the pin became loose. I called Joe, he told me to send him the cue. He fixed my cue for free. I only had to pay for return shipping. Joe is not only a master cue maker, he also is a master of costumer service. If haven't ever shot with one of his cognoscenti cues you are missing out. Thanks Joe.
