Always and still like their clothing. The two guys working there 8/11 Friday was…not the most pleasant. Selective greetings and assistance to the customers that came in and were just chatting with each other.

I recently went into this store for an even exchange and the manager Vina had a terrible attitude after she told me I could exchange my item via phone. It was an even exchange but because it was a gift from a former employee she said I could not exchange it after I traveled far to get there. In a discriminatory tone vina and another girl told me I could not exchange as if I did something wrong. My daughter gave me this gift for mothers day. Unfortunately I found out after attempting to exchange that these young women bullied my daughter.Explains the reason for the attitude from this " manager".I did in fact have the receipt because my daughter bought it for me. I definitely will never go to this location again.

amazing, patient and helpful staff. products are quality fr sure. only thing i didnt like was being charged twice, once for placing an online instore pickup and the other when i actually bought the items.

Love the new store in the 900 building, much more sophisticated setting, however they neglected ( aesthetics? )to put full length mirrors in the store and it's annoying as you should be able to hold up clothes to yourself with out going to tiny dressing room, sales people wonderful !

I brought a blouse in that I ordered on line to exchange for a different size. Even thought I order on line all the time and return to the store, The manager would not exchange. Blouse was in season and never worn. They had my size in the store. I had several things to purchase and have been a great customer for years . You just lost me....... 4 ever.

Very little mens selection. Not happy about that at all... On my other phone right now emailing Ralph Lauren about this .lol I walked out sad. Called my sales person at South Coast Plaza location in California and phoned in my order ugh what an inconvenience.

Always a great store for new styles and very friendly staff. This Canadian chain is always a highlight of 900 N Michigan.
