I worked for them for about a year as a reservation agent. Most of my Q&A sessions were above expectations but when it came time to let me go it was because of poor performance. When I questioned it all I got was the deer in the head lights look. They also told me the courier company would come and pack up the computer stuff to ship back at no expense to me. Well the boxes and bubble wrap cost me about $85. Emails about this are unanswered... When I started with this company I thought they were honorable ... learned otherwise

These people are extremely unprofessional and ineffective.I paid top dollar to stay at an extremely expensive hotel and the Internet service kept disconnecting. It wasn't poor WIFI it was their systems being overloaded and unable to handle the traffic. Their solution was a snotty tech guy who asked me personal questions and then literally slowed down my device's speed.

Internet is so slow it's unusable. When you call customer service you stay on hold listening to music until it finally goes to a voicemail box.

Don't. Just don't. Non responsive. Doesn't answer phone. No helpline. Even their customers (hotels) don't know how to get in touch with them.

Would not recommend work here got hired here my first pay was almost a week late and now they are withholdin my pat without even telling me took me tell payday and asking where it was for them to tell me they weren't paying me tell they got their equipment back but they hadn't even gave me the info to send it back tell after I called about my oay and now they are telling me it will be another week or more before the decide to release it nit to mention I only lost my job because a storm devastated where I live and I didn't have power or internet for a couple days and they fired me over that ontop of all that half their staff doesn't even replied to you I've been emailing management for over a month for info to make sure I filled out paperwork for benefits and still have not heard back

Beware of this company.They gave me false hope and offered me a job then the next day I didn’t qualify apparently, I wasn’t selected.She told me when my training would start and that my name was down.Very very unprofessional and disappointing.

The "worst service" is an understatement. Can't even reach their customer service to resolve an internet issue. Their number redirects to grocery deals. The hotel is trying too, with no results.
