A fabulous place to shop. The shoe selection is lovely. I have wide feet and have purchased many soft leather shoes and boots that feel perfect, are high quality and last and are enjoyed for years. And, oh, they are also stylish and make me feel great

I went to this store and was hounded by the one sales lady the second I walked in. this is a complete turn off to one's shopping experience and I won't be back. I see others have made this same comment . I see the store responded to these reviews saying they are giving great customer service. great customer service means taking cues from your customer base when they wish to be left alone to shop. it was down right annoying to shop there. I absolutely won't be back.

Great local shop with super helpful staff! I've been in three times now - first during the Southport holiday stroll, next to shop for my mom, and then to shop for my wife. Each time the staff were super personable and helpful. I have no idea how to shop for the women in my life most of the time so it was great to have a helping hand for both my mom's and wife's gifts. The owner mentioned she has been here for SIXTEEN years which is awesome. They did an amazing job wrapping my wife's gift for Christmas which is great, because I am terrible at wrapping. Stop in the next time you are strolling down Southport!

Great quality products. My Cougar shoes are THE BEST! They are honest and can help you order a different size if needed. I’d guess most shoes are $80-$200, but my favorite pair of flats were $50.Clothes are cute too and various price points as well. Paula, the owner, and Annie are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff was incredible, so sweet and cheerful. The problem I had is that the clothing sizes were not inclusive. I'm normally a large (size 12), and the biggest size they had in most clothes were XS or medium in every outfit. If you have curves, you'll be out of luck here.

I was searching for a particular pair of boots and just happened upon this website. I had a few questions so I contacted Customer Service. To my surprise I received a call back and text message from the owner herself. She was extremely responsive and sensitive to my request. I highly recommend this shop! Horrible experience. I walked in and no one greeted me at all. Not only that, I was looking at clothes and the sales woman literally shoved me and then didn’t apologize. Minutes later I saw her on the other side of the store and she stared at me and still didn’t interact with me. Extremely snotty, stuck up, and rude here. Made me feel unwelcome and out of place. Not to mention, I would’ve spent a lot of money, but maybe they didn’t like me because I was wearing sweatpants and no makeup :) Never getting my business as a neighbor to this business !!
