Lets watch where we are spending our money and who we spend it with. They only allow one exchange per item absolutely no refund. They do not let you try on clothing because they want you to spend your money and leave the store and never return. The quality is trash ?️ please value your dollar go on shein or something

Their return policy is HORRIBLE! Their clothing is cheaply made and it runs small. I purchased a jumpsuit from them. The black girl that work at the register told me they run small so I took her advice and got a size bigger. I still couldn't fit it. I went to exchange it and they wouldn’t take it back nor give me a store credit. I advise y’all to NOT shop here.! They’re getting over on people when they know their clothing is horrible quality. The male Asian cashier even admitted people bring their jumpsuits back all the time and they don’t take them. Common sense would tell u to get some that’s better quality and true to size but NO they would rather keep getting over on people and losing customers. Cus I’m defly not going back.!!!

this place is my first goto shopping stop with my mom! I can get my party dress and she can get comfy sweat dress and pants. I like this place. This store and I go WAYYYY BACK. Vip since 2010!!

I had a horrible experience at this store. I went here one evening to buy clothes to wear in Jamaica 2 days before my trip. My first time here and one woman helped me and was very pleasant when I was checking out I asked the cashier if I could return the items if they don’t fit and she said yes I had 5 days to get store credit. As I was leaving the store the alarm went off. The security at the door asked me to step away from the door, took my bag of purchased items and escorted me to the front of the store where he poured out my bag of purchased items only to discover that the the cashier forgot to take a security tag off. Once I arrived home I got a better look at the items, I couldn’t fit 2 of 4 items and 1 looked too cheaply made to wear in public. I returned to the store the next day to exchange the items and was told that I couldn’t return it or get store credit. The woman who helped me the previous day insisted that she told me this when helping me when she in fact only told me that one of the items I couldn’t return because it was a romper. Their store policy stated that I couldn’t return a romper or bra. I also tried to return a swimwear cover up which they told me was a romper and was not. I also tried to return a cheaply made metal/rhinestone shirt which was a back out and came down past the belly button on the mannequin in the store and they told me I couldn’t return it because it was a bra and it was not. I tried to reason with the security/store manager and he said the policy was in place because people wear the clothes to the club and try returning them smelling like cigarettes which evidently didn’t apply to me. He was not accommodating in the least. He also told me that I couldn’t speak to the store’s owner because it’s not a corporation. Horrible customer service even worse quality of clothing . And I saw some of the items in their store at Akira later that night for a lot cheaper. Don’t shop here.

This store is a no for me … The cashier named Phillip shamed my daughter from buying anything she’s a plus size girl and she understood that they had nothing for her but she bought something anyway and he told her that it was for regular people… like wth is regular people.. I going to report him to the BBB. Big girls already have insecurities and for you to make her feel inferior to you is wrong

Store for professional thots and thots in training is more like it. This store is for females who get discounted BBLs from the DR, Rapunzel colorful wigs,foot long nails and eyelashes and go on Kendra G show or on TikTok and brag about how you want a high value man to make 6 figures, be 6 feet tall and have a 6 pack abs while y'all living in section 8 homes, overweight and less than 5'7" at least with more than one baby daddies and take you to high end places like Ruth's Chris on the first date instead of a coffee shop trying to get to know the guy and him getting to know you. My 14yo daughter and I went in here a month ago to check it out and most of the clothes we saw in there were overpriced scripper and club clothes, not clothes that's appropriate for a teen unless she's 18. We went to Citi Trends instead.

Money hungry people just trying to get off all these cheap items they bought for $2 and sell us for $50. They don't even allow you to try the Cheap stuff on so you don't know if you can fit it or not. And here's the catch no refunds or exchanges unless the owner likes you. He picks and chooses who he wants to leave return and exchange. The store is a rip off and only looking to get you to purchase anything real quick, take your money and don't care if you happy or if it even fits you.

This "THOT" store was really surprising. C C the manager was very personable and helpful and if you look hard you can really find something that you will purchase. Purses, and jeans are really cool ? with many many many styles (jeans).

Great shop if you’re looking for something fashionable for a party, outing etc. Somethings can be pricey but they always have sale items. Only negative is you cant try on anything specifically the bodysuits, leggings basically au spandex like clothing
