I deposited over 300$ in cash at a branch ATM and the atm had a tec issue whitch happen no biggie right? Until I had to wait 10 business day to get my hard earned money back ! It's been over a week and I still haven't seen my money and no one from support cares to helps ! At chase I would have gotten my money instantly but w Citi branch is able to take my money as a loan w no interest or anything to help w my huge set back ! Never again canceling my account. As soon as my money is returns to meet I suggest everybody does the same! Unless you don't mind me taking your money!

Great experience at this Citibank. I went in to this branch to do a wire transfer and they helped set it up so I could do this from the app today and anytime in the future, which saves me the trip to a branch and the transfer fee of $45 each time. Lissette and Janet were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout.

About 10 people in line, only one teller i felt bad for him since the person he was speaking to didnt speak english and was rude. I couldnt wait any longer as my mom was in the car had to leave. I will never return here. I hope Wells Fargo buys this place out since they actually have tellers unlike this place.There was another lady in the back just stacking papers like what was she doing????

I'm just using this location for occasional atm so I cant tell about people working in, but please do some cleaning it smell badly like you wuld be surrounded by croud of sweaty people.

I have left Citibank. Citi was the world’s third largest bank to fund fossil fuels with more than $188 billion in investments between 2016 and 2019! I now bank with Amalgamated Bank so that my money is not used to invest in fossil fuel businesses. It is our responsibility to protect todays children and the many generations to come.

Much improvement since LISETTE HELEWA has taken over as branch manager. She is always super helpful, pleasant and works with the customer. I have found banking here to be a pleasant experience. Only thing that I believe should be addressed, have a sign in sheet.

I just open a new account today the card wasn’t even working I try to deposit my money at the atm and I had to wait in line and still nothing and the people at this location weren’t able to help me they said I had to wait for my card.

Nobody answers the telephone, the automated voice gives wrong answers and won’t let you talk to a customer service agent. This is not the first time this happened????
