Citibank is by the far the worst bank to work with. Their customer service representatives do not know what they are doing. They just transfer you to department to department, and their fraud team is also terrible! DO NOT do business with Citi, take it elsewhere and prevent bad customer service. They hung up the phone on me multiple times and give incorrect information. Lazy representatives is what they have, and managers don’t even help either.

Cashing a check is nearly impossible. Manager was not friendly at all. I had to go back twice to get a check cashed. Top of all they had to call customer three times to verify.

Went to the bank teller to deposit my first paycheck and was scammed by the teller. My transaction receipt said one thing but my account later reflected a big difference. I hadn’t spent anything out the account and they charged me a $30 membership fee… which is unheard of by any other bank I’ve banked with. when i called they were still trying to run game with bogus calculations when i did the math and it still wasn’t making sense. Actually closing out my account today.

This CitiBank location is the slowest working place that I've seen other Banks you walk in get taken care of and you walk out this place is empty and you walk in and can't walk out their bankers /customer service is no good starting with their management if you could avoid going to this Branch please do. I signed the list to talk to a banker and there was a man ahead of me and he went to the teller to do his banking the banker called out his name he was at the teller instead of attending me the banker continue to attend the customer at the teller booth and was back and forth to her desk and had me waiting very rude and unprofessional.

Went to open a new account and the manager was very rude with attitude!!!! There was a misunderstood with one of the workers there and manager blamed me! They should learn how to give proper good customer service!

This location is very unprofessional. My family and I have been coming here for years. Now, my father is sick, so I pay his bills there when he needs me to. I went numerous times before today and it was always fine. Today, they told me it wasn't allowed. Tell me from the beginning that it isn't allowed, not after you've accepted my payments numerous times. Seems like they only do things when it's convenient for them. Unprofessional employees. If I can give them no stars, I would.
