What kind of bank doesn’t have a notary public to handle business for its customers I go in here to close out my uncles account, and I have to jump through all kinds of hoops and not want to date. Wish me condolences for my uncle how rude.

This branch loves to close early every time I try to go at 4:30. One time I saw the person locking the door right as I was walking in and they said its going to start snowing soon. They are not concerned that they are a bank. They act like they are some unimportant retail store.

Worst bank ever, every time I go there’s a line to the door. The wait is usually > 30 mins, this is ridiculous. The other problem is that the closest branch is about 45 minutes away. It’s time to move to chase or Bank of America I’ve noticed they have way more branches in the Chicago area

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The tellers at this bank constantly give you a difficult time. The bank hours indicates that they close at 5:00. I went there for 2 days in a row and they locked the doors at 4:45. Why advertise 5 if you are going to shut down at 4:45? They deny you special service that other branches have no problem providing you with. You have to make an appointment to see the only one Banker they have. This is not at other branches. When I opened up a new checking account, the Banker was to order me new checks. I was waiting for weeks for my checks. I had to investigate why my checks did not arrive to find out the Banker did not put in the request. This branch provides the worst service. Unfortunately they are down the street from me, but at this point I'd rather venture out farther to avoid the poor service and constant hassle they give you.

The bank manager, Simone talked so rude to me with a bad attitude! Another worker took my I D look up my info and came back to me and said he couldn't help me. This branch has really changed! Don't want to go back there

Citi bank had really screwed me over. I had my account for a little over a month I’ve been making deposit and withdrawals. For some reason my account always gives me a problem (a fraud) alert ever transaction I have to call to get my card unblocked. I received a large sum of money and when I tried to verify they gave me the run around. It’s now October 2020 the closed my account august 8th 2020 told me I had to wait 30-90 days for a check in the mail for remaining funds I still have yet to receive it. I sat on the phone hours only to get hung up on, told that I can go in the branch to receive my funds before they officially close my account, and then the branch teller to tell me they just wanted me to get off the phone. I asked to speak to a manager I’m still waiting for a call back smh never again.

I called Citibank on 4/9/20 and asked to speak to a manager. I explained that I had been dealing with problems with Citibank for a month and explained that I had three different issues that I wanted to address. I spoke to Simone. She asked me what I was calling for and I didn't want to get into the details until she connected me with a manager. She told me that I could not be assisted at the bank, she argued with me and she hung up on me. She was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

Horrible branch and always poor customer service. Funky attitudes and no couth!! Avoid this branch like the plague if you value your sanity, smh. This is not my home branch and I am so happy my Citibank branch has knowledgable, helpful reps, unlike this HOOD branch. Always a disappointment and never helpful!!!!!! Always a problem, never able to resolve issues and have been consistent with giving incorrect information. Just called today to complain to the branch manager and of course, that person is out until Monday...not surprised!!!
