Every single employee here is competent, helpful and courteous. They also try to add a personal touch by talking to customers at a personal level. Nora is my favorite, she always gets the job done efficiently. They are in a central location as well, and despite that, I never had to wait for too long.

Lee Porter Jr. took care of me and my wife in the professional and prompt manner. I needed to add my wife to my account that had a credit line attached to it, so it took 2 visits to have it completed. We initially went to another branch that told us that it is impossible to do. Lee made it happen in seamless manner. His customer service skills and professional approach are spectacular. I do work in finance field and I see customers daily, so I know what I am talking about when I see a great guy to do business with.

Michelle was extremely nice, helpful, and efficient. She made it a painless and easy experience. Just moved to the area and Im very glad to know that I have a Citibank with such nice staff nearby.

1 star is all. Waited for over 75m , I'm the next one to be assist. Then the banker assisted the customer came after me instead. States he has appt.. if in this case, they should've let me know that he has appt. coming, may not be able to assist me anytime soon. But they just let their customer to sit and wait for nothing

Good Luck. I have now called 9 times trying to speak with a personal banker before I bring an 83 year old client in to transact business on his accounts. No one has answered and even the 800 (which an unanswered call bounces over to) cannot get through to the branch. I'd suggest trying another bank for your needs, unless you never will need to speak with them on the phone.
