Just an update how horrible citi bank customer service is. I left a review last week , the manager replied and left a direct contact email. I emailed still desperately needed help and he has not yet got back to me. See the thing with reviews, it looks good that they left a reply but I follow through and contacted them twice. So it may look good to the public but I am a business owner. I will let people know the truth. This branch had a chance to make it right and did not. I called two other branches and spoke with someone. They promised to call back not one did. I am still waiting for my funds to be available. They are taking deposits and not clearing checks I have been threatened to be evicted and a employee just got a letter threatening her they are prosecuting her because she cashed a check and it did not clear. There is plenty of money in my account. I get emails showing how much but they are not clearing one check.

Citibank had no customer service. I needed help with my accounts. I first was told to call customer service. When I replied I have been. I was told he would call back to identify me and no call back. They have.been absolutely horrible. If you want to have a secure bank account turn around and run the other direction

I have been a customer at this Branch for over 8 yrs. And through out the years I have read the reviews. Now mind you the reviews are a (Person’s) truth. So I will not disagree or degrade another (HUMAN BEING.) thoughts. However; I have NEVER been in charge of such a (HUGE) RESPONSIBILITY!!!1ounce mistake can land you in FEDERAL PRISON FOR LIFE. And it’s not their MONIES.Yes, they took the job. However.I have always received the most 100% OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY STAFF AND THIS BRANCH The BANK IS IN AN AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY. I admire the management, mentoring teaching style. He is hands off. However He, will get them dirty. I’d love to work for Management that allow the STAFF RUN the show. Because that is why he hired them.And you do know when you are standing in line to deposit your check.Each CITIBANK employee may have completed a multi BILLION DOLLAR PAYMENT, PURCHASE OR CLOSING ON A BUSINESS/HOME LOAN.TODAY ITS NOT ALL ABOUT US!!!!!!!!

The manager is so rude and disrespectful. Just because a large amount of money was deposited on my account, he let my account stay closed. He wouldn't even let me get my money out my account since it was getting closed. Now I don't have any money to get food or my medicine because I have epilepsy. He just cares about himself, because he's stupid.

Just use another branch. Very incompetent, didn’t get all the works done, cause unnecessary troubles, as bad as all the previous negative reviews said. Avoid it.

Great bank, good people work here very helpful, but have patience because getting in and out quick doesn't happen that often. In life a good attitude and patience can go far you get what you give.

I had to wait over thirty minutes before I was assisted. Citibank had one customer service person working. It gives Citibank a black eye. I might have to change banks.

They have really bad service the wait is like waiting in line at the airport check in . They are poorly staffed. The sad part is they dont care and really dont know that good service at a bank is not optional.

This bank has horrible customer service and practices! This weekend I made a cash deposit ($800). The Atm, which always has some malfunction, took my money, gave me a bogus receipt saying there was an error and my deposit didn't reflect in my Account!!!!

Worst bank ever! They do not protect your funds like they are suppose to! Then they charge you $125 in legal fees to investigate the situation! I will be closing my account with them!
