I stepped in to apply for a credit card and I was attended by Nancy. I have been looking to apply for my first card and she made the process very simple and easy. I left feeling very happy with my service. I'd recommended visiting this branch they really care :)

As the other reviews had said, the customer service here is absolutely horrendous. Don’t waste your time at this branch or at Citibank. Their favorite phrase is “come back” when we are trying to figure out answers. Then, they get annoyed because they see us so many times for actually coming back. I asked for a number to call, and she gave me the general Citibank number and told me to pick option 1. Option 1 was “to continue this call in English, press 1.”

Eye rolls and attitudes. The lady that was "helping" us didn't stop the attitude until I got upset, and I made it clear I was upset. I had trouble with online banking, if I could have solve it myself just by doing it online or calling the number in the card, which I did before going in to this branch, I could have save my time and they could have kept my account. Costumer service here was so helpfuless they ended up suggesting me to close my account, like don't you think you pay a lot on advertisements for people to open accounts with you but you tell a costumer to close it? Ridiculous.

Extremely racist and discriminatory practices. I would recommend that any who is a black to not patron Citi Banks. Especially, where Asian Americans dominate and are insistent on giving black people in America a very hard time. The details of this review are irrelevant but if anyone would like to know more, I am more than happy to share via personal chat.

Feb 10th my bank account was wiped clean by a fraudulent zelle payment. I immediately notified Citibank who started a claim and said it will take 10 days for them to review the information. This was my rent money. The hack went through their phone app. This isn't an account that as a balance that accrues interest. Of COURSE i need the money sooner than 10 days. I did nothing wrong and now I am F****** I don't even know what I am going to do if they don't give the money back. called the citibank main office and went to the branch for help. Nothing.

I really wanna give them no stars, I just opened up an account and was issued a temporary debit card that did not work and I called the office for them to not know and kept transferring me around with no help in the end so now I am sitting here with a debit card with cash on it and can't use it,there customer service really really sucks big time

I had a very bad experience at Citi bank today. I've been there many times and this is the first time I feel very disappointed with the customer service. Annie Guan was the teller who took care of me. She was very unprofessional and rude. First, she did not greet me with a warm welcome. Usually they would greet you with smile saying "welcome to Citibank, how can I help you". Secondly, When she asked me for my ID card, the surface of the desk was slippery so my ID card slipped over. She accused me of throwing my ID card at her. I explained to her that I did not do that in purpose the surface was too slippery my card slides over. She did not respect me at all did not look me at the eyes after I explained and kept on typing. I felt personally attacked by her. She was very rude. At the end they usually print out a receipt with how much money on the account. She did not do that for me and I asked her she verbally told me the money I had on my account. At that point I gave up I was pissed off!!!! I will not go to that bank again and I would not recommend anyone to see Annie Guan, the teller.
