I visited this Citibank branch today to inquire about some business-related banking services, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in.
There was no smile, no greeting, just a cold and unpleasant demeanor. When I asked my questions, she responded with minimal words and gave me strange looks, making me feel like my inquiries were a bother. Her unwillingness to help was evident, and the entire interaction was uncomfortable. Even when I thanked her and wished her a good day, she didn’t respond.
I came in with a positive attitude, but this experience was so off-putting that I can’t see myself ever doing business with Citibank.

This location sucks! They only have 1 teller on duty and it takes forever to get anything done. I would never bank here personally, I have to use this terrible location for work.

Staff is extremely friendly and efficient! They've been super quick and effective in handling any requests I've had. Been to this branch a number of times, and they've always been able to resolve any issues I've had in a speedy manner!

Nice branch, team was friendly and the teller waived the cashiers check fee for me. Has three dedicated parking spots in the lot behind the building.

While banks aren't what they used to be I always had good service at this branch. They are informative and helpful. I wish they had more parking but a few spots are better than none.

I'll never again do business with this company. I don't like the PIN number for my credit card and there's no reason for it. Chase will be more than happy to take my money, I'm sure. I think I'll make 15 check payments just to inconvenience them for a change and cost them as much money as I possibly can. I didn't know anything about this and I'm furious at the inconvenience.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I say this specifically directed to Jackie. Wow, what a terrible person to have on the teller line. I've never had such rude service. I could not get a sentence out without her cutting me off, so even though she didn't fully understand my issue she continued to shut me down. There was no need for her to be so condescending and so unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a manager instead, she told me no one was there to assist me. Not a banker, not another manager at another branch. This was obviously not the case, but she wasn't worth any more of my time at that point. I will be back though, and I will speak to a manager about my experience. No one should have to deal with that kind of personality when trying to handle business.
