Me and my mother went to this location because she has an account there. We were there for account maintenance. The bankers took other clients that they knew before assisting us. We were there for 33 minutes and other people that came thru the door were taken care of first because they knew the bankers by name. I am never coming back to that location again. I will inform all of my friends and family
Members to close out accounts and go somewhere else. This location has no accountability for their workers. I am of Asian ethnicity and so is my mother and I will never ever go back to Chinatown Citibank again.

Customer service is fast efficient and knowledgeable regarding banking products and services. Really appreciate good customer service. Also bank branch is conveniently located

Great place to open a account, the staff is friendly and efficient. Ms Choi from the chinatown branch service me and she was very informative and knowledgeable on all their back products. I will definitely bank there again.

A very easy exchange. Love that I am not the target market and they cater to the neighborhood. Just wish they would have more tellers, as it was quite busy and the wait was long.

I have come into this bank a few times to make withdrawals when I moved into the downtown area. I feel like I have been racially profiled twice my id being held in the air like it was fake when making withdrawals I was denied twice. I went to bank in Hyde park and on lake street no problem! I’ll be taking further action treatment like this should not be allowed in china town .

No matter how many times Citibank is sued for racial discrimination, they continue to ignore it and defend it when they can't. They claim ignorance or mistake. This branch refused to let me deposit a check into my business account with other explanation. Then when I asked to close the account and take my business elsewhere, they refused to close it. After I insisted that they close it and provide confirmation, they told me to sign a paper to close the account, then promptly refused to give me a copy of the paper. They helped all the other patrons who looked like they might be from Chinatown while ignoring me and closing the bank around us after telling us to wait for a manger. The manager never came. Just the same person saying the same thing. "We can't give you a copy of an internal document". But it's my bank account and now a form with my signature. I immediately called their recorded line to report it while in the bank. They first tried to claim they didn't have the recording but then said they did after I filed a complaint. Of course, Citibank investigated themselves and found they did nothing wrong. Then corporate contacted me after I asked then AGAIN to close the account and the two employees started arguing over the phone. I hung up. Lol. It was at that point that I added inept to the list of adjectives for these people as a group. The branch displayed blatant bias and discriminatory behavior, clearly engaged in fraudulent practices, refused to close an account in my name, and here we are 4+ months later and they still haven't managed to close it after a full investigation and me explicitly telling them to close it. The workers are likely committing fraud by having you sign forms that the corporate office then claims don't exist. Of course they have cameras all over the bank and can see me signing a piece of paper the teller gave me claiming it would be used to close my account but there's mysteriously no sign of it and they keep glossing over it every time I ask what the teller had me sign and then refused to give me a copy of, and my account is still open.

There isn’t a Citibank close by my residence so I was in the area and desperately needed a Citibank to deposit some money. Then I look up and here is a nice and clean Citibank in the heart of Chinatown. Great job CitiBank! ??????

This is one of the crappiest banks I have ever been to in the world, especially the men in suits who speak Cantonese. They are arrogant and have a fishy face. They push each other. I hope everyone will not go to this bank to do business and go to a foreigner bank. Done in minutes

The best place in town to get my banking done in person. Especially working with Ms Ring Choi in two different occasion. She is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I needs and complished everything in a very short time. The excellent "in person" customer services I ever experienced for a long time which I am really appreciated. I hope citi bank know how valuable they have such great staff. Thank you Ms Choi what you have done for your customers!!
