Do not bank here unless you are prepared to have your money seized without cause for months at a time.I opened an account and deposited a check. After 7 days the check cleared, but the bank seized my account and put it under investigation. They gave me no reason or cause, and I dont know if they are going to keep my money. I told them I need my money immediately to live on and can not wait 30-60 days for them to finish their investigation. I told them I would like to close my account and pull my money out and they refused.The bank manager and the call service number both blamed each other for initiating the seizure of my money. No one I spoke to could answer for the problem, and the department refused to acknowledge if they were in the United States or not. They also told me that no one could fix the issue and I would need to wait for them to make a decision about my money.

Customer for 20 years. Attempted to do an ACH transfer to prepare to purchase a property. I processed the transaction, which went through. Several days later I checked on the transfer, never went through. I called the bank, they informed me I had exceeded the monthly limit, but yet I received no email of the cancelation, when I processed the transaction it was confirmed. I asked them to waive the wire which I was now going to have to do since Citi canceled the ACH. They informed me I would have to call again (after wasting 3 hrs already). I asked them to take care of it for me. They refused.I then eventually went to the bank and met the manager Shadi. Shadi sadly was a non-serious person, suggesting a delusional solution and expressing no remorse or regret.Tough customer service for a 20 yr customer.

Every single employee here is competent, helpful and courteous. They also try to add a personal touch by talking to customers at a personal level. Nora is my favorite, she always gets the job done efficiently. They are in a central location as well, and despite that, I never had to wait for too long.

Lee Porter Jr. took care of me and my wife in the professional and prompt manner. I needed to add my wife to my account that had a credit line attached to it, so it took 2 visits to have it completed. We initially went to another branch that told us that it is impossible to do. Lee made it happen in seamless manner. His customer service skills and professional approach are spectacular. I do work in finance field and I see customers daily, so I know what I am talking about when I see a great guy to do business with.

Michelle was extremely nice, helpful, and efficient. She made it a painless and easy experience. Just moved to the area and Im very glad to know that I have a Citibank with such nice staff nearby.

1 star is all. Waited for over 75m , I'm the next one to be assist. Then the banker assisted the customer came after me instead. States he has appt.. if in this case, they should've let me know that he has appt. coming, may not be able to assist me anytime soon. But they just let their customer to sit and wait for nothing

Worst bank I have ever bank with. They have booked my account 4 times with no reason and I have called them very hard to get a hold of them.
Anyways the account is been closed and still not know why.....
Dont ever bank with them anymore.

The relationship manager Erica doesn't even know what is Non-resident alien. Also, she told me she would call me back in 2 days. But she didnot! And she is not answering my call anymore.
