Horrible horrible customer service by the teller named Julie Villarreal. As a citi Gold member I have been going to this citi bank branch for years and I have never had this bad of customer service experience from a teller like Julie Villarreal. Was inpatient and was in a hurry to help the next customer in line who she knew. I will not only never go to this branch again, I will also be moving my business to another bank.

Worst branch I have been to, been a Citi customer from 10 years, they have recorded my information incorrectly and refuse to correct it via phone. Also did not provide me details related to the branch manager so that I can document the same.

I waited for 15 min at 11am and no teller ever came to the desk. Several personal bankers chatting away in their offices. Does this location no longer have tellers? I walked out.

I hate saying bad things about people, but this place has provided the absolute worst customer support. We have been given misinformation over and over, that we took action on, and it caused months of delays and missed deadlines and screwed up our accounting. We are stunned at how irresponsible and reckless this bank is. Absolutely stunned.

Please do not trust citibank. My spouse was chatting online on their website and a hacker called her back to steal money using remote desktop access! CitiBank has no security for your money.

They have terrible customer service I closed my account in April still haven't received my money it's august every time I call they say call back in 24-48 hours or we issued a check wait 10-15 business days it's been months and keep getting the same run around do not bank with Citi bank

Citibank as hole is terrible to its customers and back office issues are shared with them. The customer is unconvinced and put on hold to they discreation. The call centers hangs up on you and the lack of service I see why they are number 3 compaird to Chase & Bank of America.
