Amazing service. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. Michael made sure that my accounts were secure and that I was helped in a timely manner, regardless that the bank was closing soon. Michael worked very hard to help me set up a new account and I look forward to banking with this branch again in the future. All the staff members were friendly, educated, and efficient.

I mean staff might be only more rude if they just tell me "flack off", but it was close enough for me to forget about ever thinking to get any Citibank products. ??????

Dear people of Chicago! please do not! I repeat, DO NOT!! ? ? Give ANY! of these people any your good hard earned money. At first, I was denied service. I was eventually "taking care of by someone".. I had an on going issue about an unknown source stealing money from my bank account. When I eventually caught it on my mobile app, I immediately brought it to their attention. I was then shown a piece of paper that said it was returned. IT WAS NOT RETURNED. Instead, I was paid back small for apps that I actually use! I! again, pointed out the problem and was told that it will be taken care of buy customer service. Didn't help either. 0 help! The teller conclusion was, (yeah, the app does have issues) That being said, I Took what was left! inside my bank account. Also, There is money reappearing and disappearing in my account. This is message to anyone that doesn't like thier money being stolen by crooks. Have a great day now! ? bye bye!

Always takes forever to do anything at this branch. Today there was 1 teller. Why is there only 1 teller when there are a dozen of people waiting in line? I mean I can understand being under staffed but it seems this is the situation every time I come in.

I’ve been using the branch since it opened - for savings, checking, CD’s and Mutual Funds even utilized their financial planning services. Great staff from the tellers/bankers/managers to the customer service members… always friendly, helpful and thorough and never once have had an issue of any kind. I’d also like to address the check cashing complaints -I’ve witnessed these check cashing “issues” first hand while standing in line and every issue always stems from the customer not having an ID or their 3rd party check has an incorrect signature or some other basic rule they don’t feel they need to follow… these safeguards are in place to protect your money, so if all you whiny little Karens (male & female) could just accommodate the most basic of requests and follow a few simple rules YOU would no longer be the problem nor hold up the line AND best of all you’d get your checks cashed !!

Honestly went in and had a super smooth time. 4 Thursday, bank was empty, staff were happy and easy to talk too. No idea why so many bad reviews.

Worst place to go to open a business account The lady who helped me was very rude , unprofessional and looks like she had no idea what she was doing I do not recommend to go to this branch to open a business account or if you go don't let ELENA SALGADO assist you she is very rude and unprofessional.

This bank needs more cashiers who are able to assist customers with services the ATM cannot provide. No reason we should be waiting in a line for over 10 minutes at 2pm on a Wednesday.

I've been a Citi customer since 1990. In terms of phone customer service, Citi has gone from best to worst. Citi should be the last possible option for credit cards, checking, or any other banking service. It may serve the needs of the wealthy, but it treats everyone else like dirt.

This location is so bad went 2 different times to try and get a replacement card. The first time “they didn’t have a banker and the second time the only banker there wouldn’t not take me because she was going to lunch in 5 minutes terrible customer servic.

Absolutely have treated me very well from staff to management .....I can't speak for other people who has given horrible reviews as I know this is Chicago and most people want things NOW! which I can't emphasize people relax a bit!! Nevertheless this branch has helped me truly with my finances along with my homes i purchased in the course off 10 years
