Very disappointed in Citi banks level of customer service. Since we are Latino people and don't have accounts with 100s of thousands of dollars we are discriminated against by banks. Tellers here do not care about the individual account holders. I would say your local currency exchange is a better option which is pathetic! I will be leaving citi bank . I deposited a 5,000 cashiers check expecting for it to clear after 1 business day. They say 4 business days because they want to make sure it is a legitimate check . Makes no sense other than discrimination against people of color.

What is going on here? Citibank needs to do better. I will be closing my accounts here. This location is awful . The bank tellers could never answer your questions because they don’t know. They always have a bad attitude. Do not open an account here your card will always get blocked!!!!

Awful bank. Beware parking in their lot. They will tow you. Closing my account right away. If you're friendly with the security guard he won't tow you. FYI.
