I had a horrible experience with Monica. She refused to allow me to withdraw funds from my account. She claimed that if I had an ATM card I could used the ATM. Make that make sense either the funds are available or they are not. I definitely feel like I was racially profiled as a black woman. I have had the account for 3 years. Then instead of trying to help me I was told to call costumer service. I spent an hour in the branch for nothing. When I asked to speak to the district manager I was told that there wasn’t a direct customer contact. I am closing this account.

They have the worst service. The two time I tried to go in to open a new account i had to wait , no problem with waiting when u see them working and working with them clients but when you see them all talking & drinking there coffee like people pls take care of your customers.
