I visited this place for an oil change and had a great experience. After I left, however, I realized that my radiator hose was damaged which wasn't like that before I gotten my oil changed. So, I notified him immediately about it. He told me to come back so they can fix or identify the issue but unfortunately couldn't make it on time due overheating, hence fixed it elsewhere & informed them next day explaining what transpired & he still refunded my money plus invited me back! Good customer service is rare in Chicago, but this place excelled.

This Citgo station is filthy and has mold, exposed,wiring, nasty windows and horrible customer service as it is clear that they do not care about the health of their patrons. Mold on the coolers is an extreme side on neglect. Cracked paint and no signs of cleaning is an insult to the community.Please don't hesitate to contact Citgo corporate office and report this travesty
