I came in here while on a lil trip to the beach to grab a few things and the women behind the counter dark hair glasses was just the most rude ignorant young lady I’ve ever come across. I didn’t know what a circle k was first time going and she def made me not want to walk into another one again. Send her to training or put her in the back sticking she look miserable and don’t seem to want to be there.

On April 10,2024 At 2:35am I came in to buy a drink and some snacks . At the time of purchase the person at the register rang up the items and as I was putting my rewards number she asked me to pay when I told her I wasn’t ready because I wanted to put my rewards number she voided the transaction then the second time she voided it again and told me she was done and left the register being rude and said she wasn’t going to do anything anymore and left . She was on the phone talking to someone during the whole time I was there and that might be part of the reason she messed up the first time . This type of service is unacceptable .

I don't know why this location doesn't have pebble or nugget ice. Most Circle Ks have it. My goodness, this location is near Wrigley and they don't have nugget ice. Nugget ice makes drinks taste better and is nice to chew on. It is frequently used to make ice coffee. It is 2023, get a new modern ice machine like a Follett Horizon Elite that makes chewy nugget ice.

Sunday at 1:30 am 10/15/23 security guard had so much attitude to the customers of the gas station, and he was kicking people out of the store, I asked to make a complaint on him but the manager wasn’t there.

Horrible gross behavior by the short girl with the ponytail. I always see her at night. She’s so rude to everyone even her co workers. I believe she is a manager too?? How? I believe her name is ‘Ashley’. Stay away from here when she is there. Everyone else is so nice. A real shame they got somebody like that representing their store

Stopped to get some coffee creamer tonight on my way home from school & I will drink it black before I ever shop here again. Apparently, they now have a backpack policy. Which is fine. Normal even. HOWEVER they don’t even hold on to your bag for you. The cashier on duty told me, “just set it by the door.” We live in Chicago. He told me to leave my backpack by the door. In Chicago. Did I mention we live in Chicago? No one in this city who has even a single wrinkle in their brain would ever leave their things unattended like that. Personally, I was offended that he thought I was d*** enough to even suggest that to.

cashier Eric not listening because he got both ear pods on I have stated that I got one XL cup of ice and one XXL cup of ice refill. He still charge me $1.69 and $1.19. Cup of ice supposed to be $0.49. When I approach about it he got a attitude. Then another crew "Evie" talk with attitude. instead of solving the problem. She gave my money back and I ask for my receipt back, she crumbled my receipt, but I told her she can call the police on me because I'm not living until I get my receipt back. then she got it back but cross her name out the receipt but I already got her name and also told me not to come back to the store like she the owner. It wasn't my fault that they charged me to much for a cup of ice. and workers shouldn't have anything on there ears while they working.Mostly worker going say DON'T COME BACK...
