Beautiful theater. Good bathroom line management during intermission to get people in and out and back to the show. The show was fantastic.

The lobby staff were constantly shouting at each other during the show and the cell phone of one of the ladies working the sound booth rang not once but twice during the show. Very distracting and unprofessional.

I'm a 15 year Broadway in Chicago subscriber so I love the theater in general. But I feel like I'm being milked whenever they have a show in this theater. The seats are absolutely wrecked. No springs left, the cushioning is shot, the legroom is awful. My back hates me after every show. Please upgrade your infrastructure and stop making me feel like a milk cow for supporting you. I hate feeling like a milk cow....

The CIBC theater is a wonderful space. The orchestra seating is very intimate and much smaller than other theaters downtown. I would not recommend sitting in the back half of the orchestra as the mezzanine above you blocks your view severely. There are several support columns that also obstruct views and are difficult to avoid from the back half. The front half of the balcony is wonderful and gives the best full views of the stage. We love seeing shows here!!

It's a very good theater in the theater district. There is some deferred maintenance, but the acoustics are very good. They are part of the Broadway In Chicago series.

Went to see Girl From the North Country at CIBC. What a great show! Staff was fantastic, performers were amazing and theater it's self was soooo cool! Highly recommend taking in a performance there

Employees were amazing. Show was amazing! Everything was clean. Just make sure you have an extra ticket for your baby. They were very accepting of our 4 month old, but he was a perfect boy.
