Jareth is responsive regarding calling back when I leave a message. Sometimes, it's right away; other times, it may be longer due to the volume of calls he's receiving and trying to man the office, so that could be a staffing issue at this agency. When he does call back, he is very polite and helpful but the company's limitations tie his hands to providing discounts to clients like myself who work at home and don't drive much. I've had my current vehicle for 8+ years and have 39,700 miles, which is less than 5,000 miles per year. I should get a discount because I don't drive to and from work 5 days a week. I'm currently enrolled in Drivewise but even before my enrollment, this data is available through the State of Illinois when I get my emissions tested so discounts should apply from that data. Why am I getting an increase in my auto policy when i I don't have a claim. I'm paying an increase because other Allstate drivers are getting in accidents. I am going to start shopping around for better pricing for my 3 policies because the rates have increased for no reason that I am causing. I have ebill and epolicy, Drivewise, low mileage and no accidents! Help me understand this!!! It's not my agent. It's Allstate the company. Get it together Allstate ASAP or your going to lose me as a customer before my renewal date of September 30, 2024! Can you hear me now?

I have been a client of Chris for few years now. In all honesty, it was the best switched-ever. I saved a lot by making the move and have a far better coverage which i feel more at peace with. Jareth has been my go to person aside from Chris. I love their professionalism and quality work to get things done. I'm always referring people looking for options to Chris because i know that they might be able to save and get a better coverage as i did , or at least get a greater understanding of what they have . I highly recommend Chris agency with Allstate to anyone reading this review, looking for a better option or paying too much on their insurance.

I am currently in the market for a new home insurance agent. I have been with Chris for 3-4 years and the 2-3 times in those years that I have needed his help, he has been completely unresponsive and a ghost of an agent. If only I could get paid for not being present.

All Chris Mandolini cares about is getting the sale. When I dealt with a very difficult and cumbersome claim, he deferred me to Claims and did nothing to follow-up with me to ensure I was actually "in good hands". It took multiple attempts to get my policy details and during this fight to get my home put back in order again, the team had the audacity to try to sell me car insurance too. Extremely disappointing to have an Insurance Agency who is only about growing his business and not taking care of his clients.

They steal you in such a unique way, in car insurance they offer you a mileage program while they charge you double in one month they took double my payment of $ 150 two months they charged me more than $ 300 dollars and they never send you the devices that connect to the car to measure the miles they measure the miles to the pure fool, I called and said and they told me that the miles are measured through my phone LOL, then I say that I answered I drive a truck at my work then you are charging me that?? Poor customer service and generally unresponsive. I have sent him three consecutive emails over the course of two weeks and have yet to get a reply of any sort.

We have home and auto insurance from Allstate (Chris Mandolini), since 1992 with no issues. We are highly satisfied with their professional and outstanding customer service. We are greatly appreciated and would definitely recommend them.
