This is the best organization I have ever worked for. Our director, Porsche Snowden, is one of the most selfless and hardworking woman I have had the honor of working with this far. Teachers do an amazing job at showing kindness/compassion to all children meanwhile teaching vital skills they need. I am honored to work with empowering women. The children are the best part of working here, I am truly taken back of the impact that this place has had on me.

Stop charging residents $1 for a roll of toilet paper. Don't charge them for washer and dryer. Be more professional towards the needy families and the children. Do random well being checks on residents. Especially on the weekends. Don't use racial slurs to the residents and their visitors.
