I had my first visit here this afternoon and was very pleased with the entire experience. The doctor was incredibly nice, as was the man in the front who helped me choose my new glasses. The selection of glasses is rather small, but I purchase most of my frames online anyway. I was accommodated and helped to make my experience easy. The exam was fast, simple, and not daunting at all, like many other doctors can be. I'll be back!

I have used Chicago Vision Club for the last two years, I see Dr. Shpritz. They are courteous and flexible and I have been happy with the level of service. Roman in the office is professional and I feel goes above and beyond - even delivering my contacts to my home himself! I will use them so long as I am living in Chicago.

Doctor was very nice and polite but the eyeglases seller Roman is the single most greedy, pathetic, lowlife human being I’ve ever seen in my entire life.He wanted me to buy a pair of frames which he clearly marked up in prices, he quoted me $350 for a generic acetate frame (lol) then wanted me to go for a generic lenses for which he quoted me $475 extra, and $85 for AR coating. I told him I want Crizal Prevencia, he quoted me $775 for the lenses without that frame. Since he’s obviously charging way too much for generic items I asked him to give me my prescription for which I paid him, and he mentioned since I’m not buying a pair from him he can’t give me the prescription. Thankfully I took picture of my own prescription so I’m good but this Chicagi Vision Club is a pathetic scam.Heck ths man Roman had cardboards on the floor which made me lose my balance.DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.

I have been going here for years because the service, selection and prices are great. I am able to choose from high quality frames and styles from many designers and the service is awesome. I recently visited Chicago Vision Club and I was able to find a nice pair of Prada frames in no time. I would never think of going anywhere else when Chicago Vision has everything right there and I can try them on in person with no hassle.

I went in three months ago. I was having eye pain and needed to get in pretty quick. The doctor was polite and knowledgeable. Roman helped me pick out my glasses and was extremely helpful doing so. They answered all of my questions. I also needed a quick turnaround for my glasses and they were able to accommodate me. It was fantastic customer service. I highly recommend CVC to anyone.

My personal experience is negative. I choose to go for the reason of a Groupon promotion. The first visit was overall okay despite the store was short staffed. I was told my glasses would be ready early next week. I waited till the end of the told week, I called and they didn't know where my glasses were at. The reasons for the delay were not convincing. Still don't know when I would be getting my glasses. During the process I was the one initiate the search. You would expect a well run service tracks customers' orders and updates customers with what's going on but that was not the scenario at this store. If you don't mind spending extra time getting back and force on such issues feel free to come but I would advise those who want a normal and hassle free experience to avoid. The Groupon doesn't end up saving money either. Some stores hype up prices for Groupon purchases so they don't lose too much profit (which is understandable). So don't come for the reason of Groupon may be saving money. I am a frequent shopper at these stores so my review is not just based on this single experience at this store, but is compared to my visits to other stores. On a side note, the doctor who examines your eyes at this store, is quite nice.

I absolutely love this everything about the Chicago vision Club specially Dr. Shpritz he is very knowledgeable and professional,he takes his time to perfectly check your eyes and makes the best recommendations for your eyes.Great Customer service to!And lastly they have a great variety of designer eyewear to choose from!I am absolutely 100% satisfied and I highly recommend this hidden gem.From 1 to 10, I give a 10?

I've been doing business with Chicago Vision and its Evanston affiliate for ~20 years, first for optician services (i.e., fitting lenses into frames) and later for vision correction. I have had "Silhouette" frames (rimless) which require special fabrication, and Chicago Vision is one of the few around which service these frames. Roman is an engaging person and has been helpful in navigating various Medicare benefits which I now have. The optometrist who refracted me also advised me that I am in need of cataract surgery which I have been expecting as I am at "that age."

I had a good experience overall. The manager or owner of the location was very much willing to sit down with me and talk out potential options for getting new glasses after my initial exam. Kind and direct. As a student, the pricing is still a little too high for me to actually buy new glasses, but I got good service from the eye doctor and the manager/owner.

I've been going to Chicago Vision since 1995. The owner is very friendly, attentive, incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. Easy scheduling, excellent selection. Outstanding Customer Service. Highly recommened this over any others. Personal attention and you can always go in for adjustments.

I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient at Chicago Vision Club for the last few years. Roman has owned the business for 30+ years in the same location, he’s the best! Incredible service every time. Dr. Shpritz is very thorough during eye exams and has a great sense of humor too. Always enjoy chatting with him!
