Showed up on 10-11-24 to walk through the museum just after 3pm and they decided to close earlier than previously stated. Online says closed from 4-10pm this date which means you should be open until stated time.

Terrible place. Starts off cool and then stuff doesn’t work. Not impressed. Don’t waste your time unless you get it for free from the harry carey restaurant. I assume it’s for entertaining swimming in the Chicago dirty river.

My child really liked it. He said it was fun.
Surprisingly, the food was delicious.
The restaurant staff was a bit unfriendly.

Cool place to check out in Water Tower Place, some cool pieces of sports history including the Bartman ball, the basket MJ hit the shot in to end his career with the Bulls, etc. Life-sized handprint displays of the Bulls players too which is cool to compare yourself to. We stumbled upon it coming back from the Hancock tour.

Selection was low, dusty, & overpriced. You couldn't even view the Jordan Statue from the gift shop or get a picture. They even put you through a medal detector lmao. Total waste of time with rude workers.

I didn’t know this was here until I searched around online, looking for things to do in Chicago. I’m not a diehard Chicago sports fan but I thought this museum was fun and interactive. It’s located on level 7 of the Water Tower and admission is $10 for an adult. You don’t need a guided tour or anything. Since it’s kind of hidden and not too many people know about this, it wasn’t even busy when I went. You also have the whole place to yourself. Be sure to look on the website because if there’s a private event going on, then the museum will be closed. I went on a weekday so there wasn’t an issue.

Went on an off day (Friday afternoon) with my brother and we were the only ones there for a good while. If you have a bit of extra time, walk into the restaurant and grab a few drinks to get free admission!
The museum itself is small… 30-40 minutes to get through it. It’s well kept and has some key memorabilia for adults to check out and XBox Kinect sports games for the kids (and adults too!). It’s a good spot to visit if you want a break from shopping, all while grabbing a drink or bite with a friend and having some stuff to talk about. Check it out!

A little disappointed. It's very small. The tour is done in 15 minutes. But the interior is very pretty, lots of enamels, trophies, interactive activities. You can compare your hands to Jordan's! Another negative point, the saleswoman was not very warm

Great place so fun and interactive. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time! The whole museum takes about 45 min to go through and everything has an interactive piece to it which we loved. There is also a nice view of the lake in the back of the museum
