I worked with Daniel on my recent apartment search and he was amazing! I’m moving to Chicago from out of state and he worked with me to find the right place. He shared apartment listings with me daily and when I came to visit Chicago, he set up 5 viewings in one day to help me find the right place! He was incredibly nice and helpful through the whole process and I wouldn’t have found a place without him! Highly recommend!

Daniel was incredibly helpful during our search for apartments. He was very responsive to our questions and was upfront about the nuances of our apartment. I felt like we got the best deal possible, and he made the process of renting extremely easy.

When you meet Daniel, it’s easy to tell that he truly cares about his clients, going above and beyond to help in any way he can. My partner and I are moving from halfway across the country, and we had only a few days in Chicago to find an apartment. Daniel made the process *so* much easier and less stressful than it could have been. Not only did he arrange a great schedule packed (which we wanted) with places to see that met our criteria, but also shared his genuine opinions of the properties and area when we asked, which was incredibly helpful for us since we haven’t lived in Chicago before. He was also very responsive to any communications before, during, and after leaving Chicago.I can’t recommend him enough to anyone already living in, or moving to, Chicago! Will 100% contact him again if we ever look for a new place.

Daniel was fabulous! We ran into him by chance looking for properties in Chicago and he took over, planned everything and we found a place in a day! He was great with communication and answering any questions we had in a timely manner. I highly recommend him!

Austin and the Chicago Rentals team was absolutely invaluable in helping me secure my current residence. I honestly can't believe how awesome of a home they were able to help me secure - life threw some curveballs my way, and I was a less-than-ideal tenant as I started my search. Chicago Rentals is the best resource I have used for apartment hunting in Chicago! They have a great selection of apartments and are very good at staying up to date. I have worked with them twice in the past year and had a great experience both times. I would highly recommend not only Chicago Rentals, but Austin Heredia as well. Austin is not only super friendly but very knowledgeable about the area and his work. Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with this company! My leasing agent Vince, was awesome! He helped me find an apartment within a week of me moving in. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and really cared about finding a space I liked and felt comfortable in. I highly recommend this company and this leasing agent!
